Using saypouch

App status

saypouch is developed by BOXLET s.r.o. The app has not been publicly released on the App Store. This website accepts no orders or payments. Planned prices and usage rules are published in Pricing; subscriptions and minutes are not available to buy yet and current testing is unchanged. No release date has been announced. These details do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Recording and responsibility

Only record content you are authorised to capture and use. Give other people appropriate notice when recording them; having the app or confirming AI processing does not establish a legal basis for processing their data. saypouch does not record telephone calls.

You manage recordings and notes on your device. The test version may contain errors. Back up important recordings and check AI results before using them. Work use must comply with your organisation’s rules. saypouch does not claim enterprise certifications or approval for special categories of personal data here.

Plans and minutes

Here are the planned prices. Plans and extra minutes are not available to buy yet. This price list does not change current testing or deduct any minutes.

Each recording is rounded up to whole minutes: 4:00 uses 4 minutes, while 4:01 uses 5. You will see the exact amount and your balance before confirming. Nothing is bought or sent again automatically.

Plan minutes are used first, followed by purchased minutes. Unused plan minutes do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased minutes do not expire, even after the subscription ends.

If processing fails or returns only a transcript without the complete result, all reserved minutes are returned. Delivering the same operation again is never charged twice. Deliberately processing the recording again with AI requires a new confirmation and uses minutes again.

The monthly subscription will renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. After cancellation it remains available until the paid period ends. You keep your recordings and completed results, and can continue using purchased minutes.
