Reporting a problem
This website sells nothing and private testing is not an offer of a paid plan. Report faults to BOXLET s.r.o. Describe expected and actual behaviour, the app version and whether the issue repeats. Recording content is usually unnecessary.
Before public sales
Before any paid release, we will publish full distribution terms, pricing, the complaints process and applicable consumer information. The absence of these future terms or the testing status does not waive statutory rights. This information does not shorten statutory periods or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
